Marketing Action Plan
We don’t follow the map, we create it. The MAP (or Marketing Action Plan) is the road map for your brand and the strategy behind it. It tells you where you’re going and how we’re going to get you there. We start the MAP with research and discovery. It’s kind of like pre-marital counseling: questions that seem easy and obvious but end in a breakthrough and lots of hugging.
Once we’ve done ample research, we begin the SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats). With the research and SWOT completed, the mapping begins. Content strategy, communication strategy, creative deliverables, and implementation are presented in a clear and cohesive way. It’s three gallons of crazy in a two-gallon bucket.
